• Easy Lane is a small exclusive park on a 3.5-acre creek lot.  The lots are 35’ wide x 65 & 70 deep.  Nice size lots, some with trees and a few a little longer than 70.  Dog park and grill area behind clubhouse. 
• Outdoor patio furniture is welcome.
• Newer units only.  No RV over 10yrs unless approved, Airstream or Retro units are reviewed case-by-case.  Seven of the spots are pull-through. 1-6 & 8 All on 65% angles.  Some lots come with a tree or trees. 
• Underground low-pressure drip septic. NO spray heads.  That area is fenced off for the dog park.  Upgraded tanks.  Great water pressure. Water loop for equalized pressure at all spots, lots of volumes.
• We desire to have a nice safe place for our residents.  Background checks are required for long term stays.  Children are welcome.  This park is located in Prosper ISD. 
• All Spots come with 50amp & 30amp connections, water, sewer, and (2) 110 outlets. Electric is billed separately at .16cents. Our Software charges 3% processing fee for all CC. If you want to pay another way, call for other options.
